The center is located in a natural setting in the foothills of the natural park Sierra Maria Los Velez, Chirivel (Almería), in a strategic location 15 minutes from Baza and 20 minutes from Lorca. The building has a floor area of ​​6275 meters square with 120 residential places (permanent and respite care modality), with the following distribution:

31 single and 44 double rooms of which there are 4 bedroom suites, all equipped with telephone , nurse call, heating and individual air conditioning, internet access,  single geriatric bathroom, electric beds with four levels down to 30 centimeters off the ground, panic button and call bathroom.
